In the mid 1970’s, our founder Dr. Harold (Knute) Panuska and his friend Dr. Roger Stubbins, traveled to Honduras to provide dental care to remote villages. The trips quickly evolved, expanding to more remote regions of Eastern Honduras and including medical, surgical and eye care teams. Today, International Health Service (IHS) has grown to serve several villages and thousands of patients each year.
